LancasterProspers Urban Capital Fund/Building PA Fund Expands to Boroughs

EDC Finance Corporation's $4 million LancasterProspers Urban Capital Fund/Building PA application is approved by the Commonwealth Financing Authority.  This approval expands the flexible program's funding opportunities to include not only the City of Lancaster, but also 6 Lancaster County boroughs:  Ephrata, Elizabethtown, Lititz, Columbia, Mount Joy and Manheim.
